• In this meditation, we begin by learning how to psychically protect ourselves and our energy before entering into psychic space. We will contact both our higher selves and have the opportunity to receive teachings from benevolent intergalactic guides. We will work with the Lemurian and Pleiadian teachers, and potentially Arcturian healers if they arrive (although they will not be intentionally invoked). The purpose of this meditation is for you to connect into your own inner temple and receive the highest guidance possible from yourself and your guides and any activations that are necessary to move you along to the next evolutionary step in your journey.

A door found in a forest tree leads us down a spiral staircase into the akashic records library where we are greeted by a guide that takes us to the portal of Lemuria. Once in Lemuria we are seated inside of the inner temple and have the opportunity to travel to the intergalactic temple of the heart to receive guidance from benevolent multidimensional beings. The sacred sound of OM is the frequency that we are transported by.
